Community Physiotherapist - Discharge to Assess - South London - £27-£29ph!
Hunter AHP has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist to secure an ongoing locum contract for a NHS community discharge to assess team in South East London.
You will work as part of a highly experienced multi-disciplinary therapy team which includes occupational therapists, nurses, and assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with acute and community services Follow up D2A visits in the community Community experience To provide a high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy service To work as an independent clinical professional with well-developed knowledge and skills, problem solving, clinical reasoning, and clinical expertise in the specialist area Key Details:
