You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring the London office runs smoothly from a technical standpoint, while also supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams. culture code. What you do Manage the purchase of IT equipment and software, maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Regularly check and maintain IT and AV systems in meeting rooms and the auditorium, ensuring seamless operations for local all-hands meetings and other events. Oversee and maintain office IT and Audio Visual equipment, ensuring timely updates, repairs, and replacements. Manage the process of recovering and reconfiguring IT equipment from departing employees, ensuring compliance with data security policies. Support essential IT operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting of operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, servers, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Conduct IT onboarding sessions for new joiners and manage end-to-end setup. Provide end-user support following IT Service Management best practices, including incident, problem, and change management processes. Execute IT Service Management with Excellence: You ensure consistency in incident management, problem resolution, and service delivery, while also contributing to service improvement projects. Enhance Security & Compliance: Your proactive participation in security initiatives and audits helps the organization maintain a strong security posture and comply with internal and external regulations. Manage IT Assets Efficiently: Through effective procurement, documentation, and offboarding processes, you ensure that the UK office’s IT assets are well-managed, secure, and up-to-date.
