Assist in the implementation of patient feedback for service improvements.
Ensure compliance with the hospital's policies and procedures.
Participate in relevant training and development activities to improve patient services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Patient Liaison Officer should have:
A strong background in a patient-facing role within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
A good understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality guidelines.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
