About the role: As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will use your skills and knowledge in a specialist educational setting from Reception to end of Key Stage 2. You will be school-based and responsible for assessing, planning and delivering individualised intervention programmes for a defined caseload.
Your main responsibilities as a Speech and Language Therapist: Use specialized skills and knowledge in a specialist educational setting from Reception to Key Stage 2. Maximize child contact time to achieve the best outcomes through a holistic approach at Meath School. Assess, plan, and deliver individualized intervention programs for a defined caseload. Conduct therapy with children individually or in small groups in specialist therapy spaces. Provide classroom-based sessions to enable curriculum access and promote meaningful school engagement.
What we are looking for in a Speech and Language Therapist: A recognised professional degree qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. Registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
