Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established architectural consultancy with a highly skilled Quantity Surveying team is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester office. The Senior Quantity Surveyors’ role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will become part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team that includes Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Building Surveyors, and other professionals. You will oversee the delivery of Quantity Surveying services on projects ranging from new-build residential developments to refurbishment, fire remediation, and cladding works, with values between £3.5m and £50m. Additionally, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will take on the role of Employers’ Agent for JCT Design and Build schemes, contribute to legal claim work, and provide mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors.
