Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic and growing business? We're looking for a talented Regional Project Manager to join our clients European Project Management team. In this role, you'll oversee key projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget.

As a Regional Project Manager, you'll be a key player in driving the company's growth and innovation across the food & drink industry. You'll manage capital engineering projects and large-scale New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects from concept through to completion. Develop innovative solutions to project challenges, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, wins, and budgets, escalating issues when necessary. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, Commercial, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, contractors). Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the European Project Management team, enhancing processes and performance.

What Our Client is Looking For: Proven experience in project management within the FMCG or food & drink sector. Strong track record in delivering multiple projects simultaneously in an entrepreneurial environment. Degree-level qualification or time-served engineer with relevant experience. Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable. Exceptional organisational skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt throughout project lifecycles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through non-dictatorial leadership.
