Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotel. Implement Sales Action Plans related to their marketing area as outlined in Personal Business Plan and overall business strategy. Plan Sales trips, under the direct approval of the Director of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, to major feeder markets, calling on accounts within their specific marketing area. Provide feedback to the Director of Sales on changing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of Hotel intelligence, competition, direct solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in their market areas. Arrange FAM and Site inspection trips to hotels by major clients and accompany clients. Host and assist in client entertainment, familiarization. Adhoc travel to the region and sales department activities. Carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time. Next Steps:
