Part-time (time 25-30 hours split over 2-3 days or can compact into 2 days) We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines design expertise with marketing savvy, giving you the opportunity to shape our brand's visual identity while driving impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and presentations. Design and manage visual assets for campaigns, websites, and email marketing. Ensure all designs align with the brand's guidelines and vision. Collaborate with internal teams to produce bespoke graphics for various projects. Marketing Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns to support business objectives. Manage social media platforms, including content creation and performance analysis. Assist in writing and editing copy for marketing materials and campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and design consistency. Measure campaign success through analytics and provide actionable insights. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications and Skills Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist, or a similar role. Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. Knowledge of marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms. Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus. Competencies Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
