We support and celebrate each other. What You'll Do As a New Product Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of our team. Your role will include: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships by acting as the key point of contact. Ensuring that the correct steps and procedure are followed for a new product launch to achieve objectives, hit timeframes and deliver to a high standard. Coordinating team activities and managing and developing others. Owning the customer critical path from brief to handover. Leading the food presentations with the support of the Development Chefs and Technologists. Your work as a New Product Development Manager will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food. What you will need There is a right role for everyone and we want to set you up for success. For the New Product Development Manager role we are looking for the following key skills and experience for this position: Significant experience within a food manufacturing environment. Relevant qualification in a food related discipline or qualified by experience. Up to date on market trends and self motivated to keep up to date in this area. Project management experience.
