VDA Avant Recruit are proud to be partnering with our client, a market leader within the Accident Repair industry. We are currently searching for a VDA. This role is offered on a permanent basis with excellent benefits and a competitive salary. Main Responsibilities:

Inspect, record and report damages to vehicles in need of repair. Carry out visual inspections in person and using images supplied by customers. Identify the correct repair methods according to manufacturer guidelines. Calculate timings for required work. Produce accurate estimates for repair work including parts, materials, and labour. Liaise directly with customers, insurers, and technicians to ensure all parties are aware of repair methods, costs, and timings. Understand vehicle market value to determine the economical feasibility of repairs. Ensure job cards are up to date, accurate, and fully inclusive of parts, materials, and labour costs. Upon completion of repair, liaise directly with the customer to explain procedures carried out and answer any queries. Minimum Requirements:

Have previous experience in a VDA / Bodyshop Estimator role. Be competent using Audatex or similar - a current Audatex certificate would be an advantage. Past or present ATA / IMI VDA certificate - be happy to recertify if required. Have a good understanding of a bodyshop environment. Salary and Benefits:

£50k (Basic) - £60k (OTE). Bonus scheme available - based on work invoiced. Yearly bonus available - based on budget targets. Commission-based earnings available - based on upsold products, parts, paint, labour etc. Pension scheme. Free parking on site. Training and certification offered.
