English Teacher , you will: Deliver high-quality lessons in

English Language and Literature

to students across

Key Stages 3 and 4 , ensuring lessons are accessible, engaging, and inclusive. Adapt your teaching to meet the individual needs of students, many of whom may face social, emotional, or behavioural challenges. Inspire a love of reading, writing, and communication, while equipping students with the skills and qualifications they need for their future. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including pastoral staff and support workers, to ensure the holistic development of each student. Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and initiatives that foster student well-being and engagement. About You The successful candidate will: Hold

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have a strong subject knowledge in

English , with the ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities. Be empathetic and resilient, with a passion for working with students who benefit from an Alternative Provision setting. Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
