Position Purpose: Fluent Mandarin and English speaker requirement for this position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and passionate individual with a proven sales record. Experience in CFDs and FX preferable but not essential (new graduates will be considered). You will join a growing team and gain exposure to a unique environment working in the Fintech space. You'll enjoy operating in a fast paced, highly efficient agile environment alongside a team of autonomous individuals that have strongly aligned beliefs and laser focused goals. Primary duties will include: Being part of a team dedicated to handling all aspects of the customer onboarding experience Facilitate outbound opening of new accounts for potential clients who already indicated interest in our platform and provide support for existing customers Handle incoming sales inquiries and client issues via phone, email and live, interactive chats, as well as occasionally face-to-face in the office or event places No cold calling is involved, the job is heavily centered on engaging warm leads via outbound call campaigns and the vast majority of the day will be spent speaking to clients over the phone, in a fast-paced workplace environment Provide support for existing customers with all aspects of the trading experience- funding their account, education etc Encourage and support referrals from existing clients This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management deems necessary.
