Regional Training Manager

to lead, manage, and support a team of regional trainers. In this key role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs for our front-line care workers and, as appropriate, for other team members. Job Description

Lead and Develop Team : Manage and mentor regional trainers to create a high-performing team, ensuring consistent, quality learning delivery; provide coaching and performance feedback. Organise Training Programs : Collaborate with branch teams to design efficient training schedules, manage the rollout of mandatory and specialist programs, and maintain training records. Quality Assurance : Oversee the consistency and effectiveness of training delivery through observations and feedback, maintaining high standards aligned with business goals. Drive Change and Compliance : Lead relevant projects, integrate learning post-acquisitions, and stay updated with industry trends to support strategic L&D initiatives and compliance. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading remote teams, designing and delivering adult social care training, and working in acquisition/TUPE environments. They should be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) with expertise in LMS systems, apprenticeship frameworks, and data-driven training improvements. Strong leadership, the ability to influence stakeholders, and being a role model for high L&D standards are essential. The role requires confidence to challenge priorities effectively and flexibility for extensive UK travel with own transport. Additional Information
