Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with current legislation, industry best practices, and company goals. Lead and coordinate initiatives to promote employee well-being and ensure safe working practices throughout the organisation. Conduct regular risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits, ensuring timely identification and resolution of potential hazards. Monitor and analyse workplace incidents, near misses, and accident reports to identify trends and recommend corrective and preventive measures. Deliver training and development programs to improve employee awareness of health and safety responsibilities. Provide expert advice and support to the senior leadership team on all health and safety-related matters. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
