Community Psychiatric Nurse/Occupational Therapist

The post is suitable for registered nurses and occupational therapists with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. You will need to have demonstrated skills and expertise in carrying out a variety of assessments and be able to plan and execute interventions, both with individuals, their carers, and groups. Providing specialist assessment and treatment within the Mental Health Together Services (all ages), including a role in the memory clinic providing initial assessments, pre and post-diagnostic support, and treatment for people being diagnosed with dementia. Working within the community, with contacts being either clinic-based or in patients' own homes. The post holder must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010). About us
