Foundation Learning Studies Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:
Teach and support students with
special educational needs (SEN) , delivering tailored lessons to meet their needs. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that focus on developing
independence skills, employability, and life skills . Inspire, encourage, and support learners to achieve their goals and prepare for future opportunities. Provide a nurturing and inclusive environment that allows learners to thrive. Use creative and innovative teaching approaches to enhance student engagement and outcomes. What We're Looking For:
A
Level 3 qualification (or higher)
in a relevant field, along with experience working with learners with SEN. A passion for working with students who require additional support and a commitment to improving their outcomes. Creative teaching techniques and the ability to deliver
best teaching practices . Strong communication, patience, and empathy to engage and motivate learners. A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Pay & Benefits:
Hourly pay:
