To support the ambition and growth of the fleet team, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative Marketing Officer to join the team. The role will support both the processes behind our marketing efforts, as well as direct involvement in activities such as social media, email marketing, and the Staff Facebook Group. Main duties of the job

Assist in the promotion of Fleet's main car and home electronics schemes to our key target audiences who are colleagues in the NHS and wider public sector organisations. Contribute to both business to business and business to customer marketing and communications strategies. Assist in social media and email marketing concepts, processing, and scheduling. Play an active part in Fleet's colleagues Facebook Group posts and activities, which are seen as a key component in staff engagement. Contribute and implement marketing projects, presentations, campaigns, and initiatives. Liaise with colleagues in the Fleet team to understand the key marketing messages. Manipulate data to segment the market and promote targeted marketing campaigns. Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met in all areas of the fleet business. About us

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is one of the biggest and best NHS organisations in England serving one of the largest geographic areas. The two main areas of success are NHS Fleet Solutions and NHS Home Electronics. Both businesses operate in the competitive salary sacrifice marketplace. An office-based team consisting of 55 members of staff have responsibility for the delivery of the service. NHS Fleet Solutions have in excess of 240 public sector client organisations on a nationwide basis including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. These 240 organisations lease 60,000 cars from NHS Fleet Solutions and result in a turnover of £100m+. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to help drive forward the marketing and communications effort, as well as developing their career within an ambitious and expanding team. Qualifications

Academically educated to degree level or have at least 12 months relevant experience within a communications and marketing environment. Have a working knowledge of design systems including Canva. Knowledge and expertise gained through experience of working in a marketing/communications role. Have a good knowledge of social media, including posting, scheduling, and insights. Have an understanding of marketing platforms and how they work (including but not limited to Mailchimp). Disclosure and Barring Service Check
