About the Role This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Key responsibilities include:

Providing tailored one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH needs. Supporting the delivery of individual education and behaviour plans. Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning. Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support student development. Monitoring student progress and reporting on key milestones. Contributing to a safe and structured learning environment.

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people, ideally those with SEMH needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude. A commitment to fostering positive outcomes for every student.
