A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional service based in the Leicester area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.
This service provides support for adults from the age of 18 with learning disabilities and associated behavioural and mental health problems.
To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
Working alongside the Registered Manager and assisting with the line management of a team of staff, ensuring compliance with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators. Providing the highest standards of care to all residents and managing the service to the highest standards. Supporting individuals to live as independently as possible and achieve their goals.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Understanding of person-centred, needs-led and outcome-based service. Commitment to quality care and service provision. Able to maintain confidentiality. Able to work under pressure. Previous experience working in a deputy manager position with knowledge and experience in the requirements of the service users.
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP 13.50 per hour, with an annual salary of GBP 28,080 per annum.
