Roles and Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in multiple D365 CE projects, taking the opportunity to identify areas of improvement, defining the requirements and leading the design, development and deployment. Create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that their I.T standard and strategy are met. Provide 3rd line support for advanced technical issues, and taking proactive steps to reduce further system errors. Skills and Qualifications Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing Dynamics CRM systems Strong experience in D365 CE Development. Hands-on experience customising and delivering Dynamics solutions Customer Service, Sales or Field Service. Ability to create custom plugins, workflows and business rules. Experience working with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI is advantageous but not essential. Benefits Starting Salary - up to 60k - Dependant on experience.
