Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management and optimisation of hybrid cloud platforms, ensuring uptime, performance, and scalability. Promote an "automation-first" approach, employing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), serverless computing, and AI-driven operations to streamline processes. Manage incidents, problems, and changes in alignment with SLAs and KPIs to ensure reliable service delivery. Requirements Proven experience managing critical IT infrastructures in high-availability, 24/7 environments. Expertise in hybrid cloud technologies, IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and serverless architectures. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on creating a customer-centric culture. Thorough understanding of networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and capacity management. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and security standards (e.g., NIST). Prior experience in a service provider environment is advantageous but not essential. Exposure to containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker is highly desirable.

Company Benefits Hybrid working environment, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000, with opportunities for professional development. Generous benefits package, including healthcare options and performance-related incentives. A supportive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
