Summary: This Project Manager role will have overall responsibility in delivering the site strategic project ‘Liverpool Icodextrin Capacity Expansion’, with support from the project team and rest of the site. This role will report into the site Engineering Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop full project plan, including timelines and executable deliverables. Build, develop and manage the full project team, including site internal stakeholders and external stakeholders with the business. Build clear plans for primary contractors and all contractors on the project. Clearly and closely manage the Capital budget, including cash out commitments. Also manage any related Opex budget. Monitor, document and communicate key project deadlines. Solve any issues that arise during the project, using clear RCA tools and techniques. Design, develop and create full documentation pack for the overall project, and the different sub-elements. Qualifications: Project management qualification (Sherpa/Prince II equivalent). Degree in engineering discipline. Knowledge of engineering standards in Pharma or Food industry. Engineering experience and qualifications related to mechanical and electrical disciplines. Education and/or Experience: HNC/HND equivalent in relevant engineering discipline, ideally degree qualified. Over 5 years’ experience working in project or RCM engineering, ideally within Pharma or Food industry.
