Key Responsibilities:
Manage a predominantly fast-track caseload of Occupiers' Liability and Public Liability cases, handling a diverse range of work types and providing high-quality legal representation.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling litigated matters.
Display a genuine passion for helping clients attain the best possible results, offering empathetic support and guidance throughout the legal process.
Access a portfolio of high-quality work from non-Claims Management Company (CMC) sources.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 2 years PQE/equivalent in handling litigated OL/PL files
Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing litigated matters.
Exhibit a passion for handling legal cases and a genuine desire to assist clients in obtaining optimal results.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advocate for clients and maintain positive client relationships.
