A little bit about the opportunity…
Flares & Popworld is centrally located in Middlesbrough, just a short walk from the train station and nearby hotels. It sits in a vibrant area with local competitors, including Stack (a newly opened live music and street food venue across the road) and Empire (a popular nightclub).
The venue features two distinct rooms: Flares, offering a lively mix of 70s and 80s party classics, and Popworld, playing hits from the 90s to the present day. Currently open Wednesday to Sunday evenings.
A little bit about you...
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven General Manager to lead our late-night party venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in a competitive and fast-paced environment. With responsibility for two exciting areas, the General Manager will be expected to explore every avenue to boost sales and create an unforgettable party atmosphere.
The role demands a strong leader who can inspire the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, high-demand market. If you are a General Manager ready to make a significant impact and drive the business forward, then we want to hear from you!
