This is a smaller high street practice with a solid caseload and you will be joining a small department who manage Commercial Property matters. We are seeking an experienced and like-minded legal professional who is motivated by developing relationships with clients and providing solutions across property transactions.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload, consider funding, ensure accurate documentation, and raise enquiries across a range of commercial property matters. Your clients will be a mix of SMEs, property investors, developers, and high net worth private clients. Depending on your level of PQE, you will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers and help to grow the client portfolio.
Responsibilities
Handle commercial acquisitions, disposals, and development matters
Manage landlord and tenant matters and asset management
Advise on banking, finance, and loan agreements
Support business and asset sales/purchases transactions
Assist with insolvency and restructuring cases
Your experience will include working in a similar role, collaborating across commercial teams, and demonstrating confidence in working with and understanding your clients. The firm is involved with networking events and breakfast meetings, providing you the opportunity to be involved in business development and marketing initiatives, including drafting blogs and content for the firm's website from time to time.
