PAYE – Reference: 5261762 A Qualified Solicitor is being sought to undertake the processing of a regular flow of Community Court of Protection Deprivation of Liberty matters; from initial instruction to completion, to include any necessary court appearances and to respond to any queries from the court or client. You will ideally –
Have demonstrable experience in the law and in advising on and processing Community Court of Protection Deprivation of Liberty matters. Work effectively and efficiently, with limited supervision in processing these matters in a timely and organised way. Have experience of liaising with the client and court in processing these types of matters. Consult with client department to provide regular and accountable updates on progress. Be capable of completing own administration within a Case Management System (Iken Cloud). Have experience of effectively delegating administrative tasks in an organised and methodical way, should support be available. Have experience in checking and advising on the quality of necessary documentation to ensure it is ‘court ready’ and progresses before the court without issue.
