We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our passionate, supportive, and hard-working team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Generating and qualifying nurses for permanent roles Approaching and liaising with clients Managing clients and closing placements Maintaining a good understanding of the private nursing market Identifying and utilizing business opportunities Liaising with candidates and managing their expectations Negotiating terms of business Adhering to all internal recruitment processes and policies Maintaining a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the NMR values Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients Liaising with regional team leaders and managers Updating spreadsheets as required Diary management for all candidates The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have relevant experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in nursing or social care Be able to work in a fast-paced sales environment Have an excellent telephone manner Be self-motivated, financially driven, and accustomed to the resilience required for recruitment Be driven by KPIs and hitting sales targets Possess excellent written communication skills Be eager to gain career development Additional Benefits: Full 1-2-1 training given Referral bonus of £300 Dress down Friday State-of-the-art offices in Canary Wharf Job Reference:
