Responsibilities
Managing a busy caseload including negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients whilst providing excellent client service. Developing relationships with clients, providing support to other team members and liaising with other service line teams as needed. Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in commercial property, experienced in advising and representing clients on a wide range of real estate matters. Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and able to prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines. Able to manage own caseload with some supervision and willing to work as part of a team. Confident in business development activities and winning work.
