As a dedicated major trauma centre and regional specialist surgical centre, we provide a 24/7 emergency service, and staff are required to participate in this cover, which includes various shift patterns, nights, weekends, and a variety of on-calls. Main Duties of the job are: Promote and encourage teamwork. Provide skilled clinical and technical advanced assistance as a member of the operating theatre team. Lead and participate in the assessment of patient care needs, implementing and maintaining agreed standards of care.
