We are seeking a highly skilled setting out engineer to play a key role in delivering a prestigious £166m commercial fit-out project (CAT A & B) near Holland Park. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Tier One Main Contractor on a landmark scheme.
The role: Provide precise and accurate setting out for floors, communal areas, and WCs to ensure works are delivered to design specifications. Collaborate with site management and subcontractors to ensure the smooth progression of construction activities. Conduct quality checks and ensure all works are carried out to the highest standard. Prepare and maintain accurate records of setting out and as-built information. Support health and safety compliance by ensuring work aligns with safety standards and regulations. About you: Experience as a setting out engineer on high-value fit-out or construction projects (£50m+), ideally CAT A and B. Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS, and other surveying equipment. Strong technical knowledge of fit-out processes, drawings, and specifications.
