The Human Resources Regional Manager serves as the key HR resource for two or more affiliates within a region. They are contributors and collaborators with each Affiliate’s Leadership teams, working together to ensure support and oversight of the HR duties for all employees. The position is responsible for performing/overseeing all affiliate-level human resources functions, including, but not limited to, benefit management and administration, internal policy administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment, coaching and corrective action, and legal and regulatory compliance. The position will work closely with Leadership supporting and guiding them in the areas of employee relations, onboarding/orientation, retention, and engagement. The HR Regional Manager will ensure coordination of affiliate and Home Office initiatives, ensuring consistency in HR matters. Essential Job Functions:

Coordinates and manages the employee benefit administration (new hires, qualifying events, and open enrollment) including employee education and communicating, processing enrollments/terminations, tracking and reporting as needed. Coordinates with external vendors and ensures compliance with internal policies and legal regulations. In collaboration with Regional Recruiter, ensures the smooth transition from applicant to employee via electronic onboarding and affiliate orientation. Assures an accurate and updated system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking, employee physicals, and vaccines through use of the HR Tracker. Maintains employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations. Supports, advises, and collaborates with Leadership on matters of employee coaching and corrective action, ensuring consistent practices and responses, legal compliance, proper documentation, and fair treatment of all employees. Supports, advises, and collaborates with Leadership around employee engagement, support, and retention.
