Senior Nursery Nurse or Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a passionate, experienced Senior Nursery Nurse or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a quality nursery based near St Albans. The successful candidate must be passionate about Early Years and looking to fulfil their career in a flexible, friendly, and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders, children, parents, and team, and maintain good communication skills and confidentiality. Have high regard for all matters relating to safeguarding children and child protection, keeping up to date with the organisation's safeguarding policies and procedures, and reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead. Take responsibility for health and safety, adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures to ensure safety within the nursery environment. Support a nurturing environment, demonstrating empathy, warmth, and kindness towards others, in line with our team and brand values. Form strong bonds with children, tailoring their care to individual needs and interests as the role of Key Person. Build supportive parent partnerships. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining an excellent reputation. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, nurturing each other and implementing a safe, clean, and tidy environment for all. Benefits
