Our Purpose and Mission We are on a mission to unite and empower women to be the strongest version of themselves through strength training. We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life. About You The Head of Partnerships will define and lead Oner Active's approach to building meaningful, long-term relationships with influencers, athletes, and content creators who authentically embody our brand values. This role will be instrumental in driving growth by shaping a best-in-class ambassador program, managing strategic collaborations, and expanding into new channels and platforms. As the architect of our influencer and sponsorship strategy, you will balance creativity and performance, identifying opportunities to amplify brand awareness, engage new audiences, and drive measurable sales and new customer growth. Collaborating closely with the founder and other key stakeholders, you will shape how Oner Active works with talent, identifying innovative ways to scale our program, refine our approach, and lead our expansion into emerging communities and platforms. You will be responsible and accountable for; Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and athlete partnership strategy aligned with business goals for revenue growth and customer acquisition. Identify high-impact talent across a spectrum of tiers, from micro-influencers to marquee athlete ambassadors, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and target audience. Lead strategic discussions on talent selection, partnership models, and program scalability, working closely with the founder and leadership team. Track up-and-coming talent in emerging areas related to strength training (e.g. Hyrox, functional fitness), identifying opportunities to engage with these individuals early in their journey, and develop strategy for emerging talent and fitness niches that aligns with the overall business strategy, positioning the brand as a champion of innovation and authenticity within the fitness community. Drive the brand's presence on new platforms including TikTok, by identifying and partnering with platform-specific creators who can expand reach and engagement. Partnership Management: Oversee all influencer collaborations, from gifted product campaigns to one-off sponsorships and long-term ambassador relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier talent, negotiating contracts and agreements that ensure mutual value and commitment. Create structured compensation models, including gifting strategies, sponsored content agreements, and retainer-based ambassador programs. Serve as the main point of contact for talent, ensuring clear communication, seamless collaboration, and a consistent brand message. Program Growth and Optimization: Scale the partnership program by identifying and onboarding new talent with significant growth potential and audience alignment. Regularly analyse campaign performance to optimise strategies for cost-effectiveness and ROI, leveraging data to make informed decisions. Expand the brand's reach into new markets, demographics, and communities through innovative partnership approaches. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful assets that amplify influencer and ambassador campaigns. Leadership and Collaboration: Build and manage a high-performing team to support influencer and partnership marketing efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative, and performance marketing) to integrate partnerships into broader brand initiatives. Act as a thought leader, staying ahead of trends in influencer marketing, platform developments, and consumer behaviours. Performance Analysis: Define and track KPIs for influencer and partnership marketing, focusing on metrics such as revenue contribution, customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI. Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to the leadership team, driving data-driven decisions and investments. You'll need to have: 8-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships, preferably in the direct-to-consumer or activewear/lifestyle space. Proven success in developing and scaling influencer programs with a focus on revenue growth and ROI. Extensive experience working directly with talent, including negotiating contracts and agreements, setting clear expectations for deliverables, and ensuring partnerships are executed effectively to maximize impact for the brand. Deep understanding of the influencer landscape, including emerging trends, platform dynamics, and negotiation best practices. Experience working with both micro-influencers and marquee talent, with a strong network of industry contacts. Track record of success expanding programs onto new platforms, particularly TikTok. Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Strong leadership experience, including building and mentoring teams. Passion for women's fitness, strength training, and community-driven brand building.
