STOP what you’re doing. If you don’t read this, you will miss an opportunity of a lifetime! We’ve all looked after somebody at some point in our lives whether it’s a child, a partner or even other family members. Think about that rewarding feeling you get when you’re able to make them smile, feel better or even make a difference. Working for Bluebird Care means you can experience that every day, multiple times a day. It would be silly not to apply. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t had any formal training, we’ll provide you with training, shadowing, and mentoring. We’ll be here to support you every step of the way. All we ask is that you have access to a vehicle with a full valid UK driving licence so that you can travel between our customer's homes. But most importantly that you bring your caring and passionate flare to every single customer visit. This role is heavily focused on delivering personal care, but it is more than that; it’s about delivering an experience. We may be the only people some of our customers see daily, so it’s about ensuring our customers feel safe at home while still being able to carry out the hobbies and interests that they know and love. Requirements

Full and valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. This is a MUST as you will be travelling between customers' homes. Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we are unable to provide sponsorship) Excellent level of English. Benefits

We can’t care for our customers if we don’t take care of our team, so to make this possible, we offer: Generous rates of pay from £12.00 per hour to £25.00 30p permile. 28 days holiday pro rata. Free training provided. Ongoing training and support. Flexible working (Part Time or Full Time) Pension scheme. Smartphone technology so you can do everything at the tap of a finger.
