£35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission circa 2% of all sales Benefits:
Fully expensed company car & full benefits The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve: Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors All of your time will be spent selling to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1.2m Average order values are circa £5k-£10k 70% new business / 30% account management (would like £500k new business) The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors with: Construction sales experience Ideally within the fenestration, windows & doors sector, but open to any building products background Experience selling to contractors & installers, but open to merchants sales backgrounds Driven, target-focused, and a team player Analytical thinker Company:
