Location: Norfolk Salary: £45,000 + Bonus Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The position involves managing a small/medium sized residential dementia and elderly service offering high-quality elderly care in a high-performing environment. The employer is a growing, supportive, non-corporate organisation that values its staff.

Deliver high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC regulations. Develop and support the staff team. Market the service to the private care sector in an affluent area.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 4 or above. Experience:
Proven history as a Home Manager. Background:
Dementia and elderly residential or nursing background only.

Base salary of £45,000 + Bonus. Annual leave entitlement - 26 days + bank holiday. Competitive benefits package.
