We are seeking a talented and motivated recent Graduate Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our Digital Products and Transformation team within the National IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful services to our firms nationwide. You will be involved in designing, developing and maintaining business applications, automated workflows and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the solutions meet business needs. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Fabric. Develop automated processes to enhance business productivity and efficiency using the Power Platform. Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user support. Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain detailed documentation of solutions and best practices. Provide technical support to end-users. Stay current with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and incorporate them into solutions. Qualifications and Experience

Relevant education or training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 1+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Fabric. A basic understanding or hands-on experience with API development, data integration, and creating custom connectors. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer), are advantageous but not required. Benefits
