The Role As a Committee Secretary, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will support Nuclear Safety Committees through the undertaking of secretarial duties. Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for: Ensuring committee meetings are effectively organised and minuted Producing documentation and ensuring it's presented to the committee Chair Producing, managing and maintaining records, document archives and associated databases Providing general administrative support This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and based at HMNB Clyde (Faslane) near Helensburgh with hybrid working arrangements. We are happy to consider flexible, blended working, including part-time, condensed hours, and job sharing. Please ask about alternative patterns of work at interview. Previous experience of taking and drafting Minutes Excellent administration and Microsoft Office skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Well organised with an eye for detail Qualifications for the Committee Secretary
