Senior Inspection Team Lead
Do you enjoy finding solutions and improving how things work, while leading and mentoring a team?
We're looking for someone who has:
Extensive experience in inspection of machined parts using a wide range of measurement techniques (CMM, Shadow Graph, etc.).
Practical expertise in Zeiss/PCDMIS software, preferably for DEA CMM machines.
Proven experience in creating detailed instructions, control plans, and standard working procedures.
Significant industry experience in aerospace, defence, space, or automotive sectors.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Highly accurate and detail-oriented with strong technical proficiency.
A strong leader with excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
An excellent communicator, able to clearly present findings and provide guidance.
Quality-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
