Role: Business Analyst - Cyber Resilience Programme (CRP)

Duration : 6 months (with potential extension to 12 months)

Day Rate : £500 per day - Outside IR35

Location:

London - Camden 3 days on site 2 days remote, with require Travel to other sites

Purpose : Provide business analysis (BA) support for the development, delivery, and embedment of the Target Operating Model (TOM) as part of the Cyber Resilience Programme.

Key Responsibilities :

TOM Development :

Organize and deliver workshops to confirm cyber service catalogue requirements. Conduct business analysis for the development and agreement of the service catalogue. Record and structure requirements into a detailed service catalogue. Analyze and review capabilities frameworks and TOM structures. Develop visual aids and communication plans to support TOM delivery and stakeholder engagement. Create metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure TOM effectiveness and maturity. Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to manage internal communication and updates for stakeholders and intranet pages.

Knowledge Management :

Develop and implement a knowledge management framework using ServiceNow and SharePoint. Transition existing knowledge management data from the current (as-is) state to the new (to-be) framework.

Stakeholder Management :

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to clarify needs, gather requirements, and provide updates. Ensure collaboration and alignment across multidisciplinary teams.

Deliverables :

Detailed cyber service catalogue and supporting documentation. Metrics and dashboards to track TOM implementation and performance. Knowledge management framework and transition plan. Workshop outputs, including processes, procedures, and stakeholder updates. Essential Skills and Experience :

Proven business analysis experience in complex environments, including requirements gathering and documentation. Expertise in knowledge management frameworks and transitioning data from legacy to new systems. Proficiency in process improvement, business modeling, and stakeholder engagement. Experience delivering transformational cybersecurity projects, particularly with Target Operating Models (TOM). Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and apply structured approaches to problem-solving.
