We’re on the lookout for a CRM/Marketing Operations Executive to join our Customer Marketing team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our processes, tools, and technologies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across a wide range of brands and channels. This role is fully remote with occasional travel to our Canary Wharf, Birmingham and Manchester hubs. So, who are we? As a CRM/Marketing Operations Executive, you’ll work on a variety of tasks to help drive the success of our customer marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting customer acquisition and growth across multiple channels, this will include marketing systems, engagement tools, app and push notifications. Building templates and creating customer segments in the marketing automation platform. Designing and implementing automated customer journeys for multiple brands and channels. Managing customer data, including manual uploads and exports, while ensuring data accuracy. Creating reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Analysing data to draw insights and support strategic decision-making for future campaigns. Work closely with departments such as editorial, commercial, and product development to support direct and digital marketing campaigns. Qualifications

About You: You’re a problem solver with a keen sense of curiosity and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You’re comfortable navigating a range of customer marketing systems and tools, from CRM and email marketing platforms to BI reporting dashboards and workflow management software. Must-Have Skills: Prior experience in push messaging and/or email marketing, including building segments and setting up automated journeys. Strong spreadsheet skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and conditional formatting. A basic understanding of customer lifecycle principles and experience in mapping customer journeys. Familiarity with GDPR principles (further training will be provided if needed). Nice-to-Have Skills: Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other coding skills. Experience with Google Apps Script and/or SQL. Knowledge of CRM reporting and analytics with a proven ability to draw insights and inform campaign strategies. Additional Information

We are offering a salary of £31,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and benefits including; Help saving for your retirement -
