Health & Safety Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting site teams in reviewing RAMS and ensuring contractors are following the procedures Ensuring compliance with current health and safety (including CDM and fire safety) legislation Providing in-house training sessions to ensure staff keep up to date with company policies, procedures and safety regulations Managing all health and safety administration, ensuring that adequate records are maintained in accordance with legislative requirements, policies, codes of practice and procedure Supporting the Group Health and Safety Director in monitoring and reviewing policies and procedures to ensure that they are properly implemented and comply with changing legislation and best practice
Health & Safety Manager Experience Required:
Minimum 7 years Health & Safety Manager experience High Rise Tower project experience NEBOSH certified Excellent communication skills, written and spoken Strong IT / reporting skills
