Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.

Who are we looking for?
Providing exceptional technical support and customer service to internal users across Gamma. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle incoming IT requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to the appropriate support level. A solid understanding of IT concepts along with strong problem-solving skills in addition to the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
Building laptops and accounts for new staff as well as completing the IT enrolment for each new person into Gamma.
To be a first point of contact for all IT Service requests and incidents that are reported either via phone, walk-up or self-service tickets that have been logged.
Quickly and accurately assess the nature of all reported incidents and requests, providing solutions where possible and escalating to 2nd line when needed.
Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues and apply appropriate fixes or workarounds.
Assist users in utilizing Gamma IT systems, including providing unofficial training as needed.
Document interactions within the ticket management tool, including all troubleshooting steps taken and what resolved the issue.
Provide support for all software and hardware.
User account provisioning and management.
Raise purchase orders for replacement kit.
May require overnight stays across the UK.
Ensure compliance with Gamma policies and processes.
Share and document knowledge.
What you’ll need
A proven ability to multitask and assess urgency based on knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft Products including Office 365, Active Directory and Exchange, Windows 10 onwards, networking and connectivity.
The ability to provide exceptional service.
