Ensuring that the equipment and plant are maintained. Reacting to breakdowns quickly and efficiently. PLC fault finding to input and output level. Remedy issues highlighted by our in-house HAACP audits. Responding to out-of-hours calls for breakdowns. Enhance the machine’s reliability through regular planned preventative maintenance. Troubleshooting on electrical equipment is a must. Qualifications The successful Maintenance Engineer ideally will have experience with food process machinery and will have some of the following qualifications:
BTECH/ONC qualification as a minimum in an Electrical discipline or Multi skilled Engineering qualification. C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro – technical certificate combined with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance. Time served apprentice. HNC level in electrical, mechanical or production maintenance engineering. This position would suit; Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Shift Engineer, Day Engineer, Multi Skilled Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, service Engineer or Packaging Engineer. We are looking for a motivated individual, as there will be many opportunities for further development/up-skilling within this role.
