A minimum of 3 years working in Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Beauty Therapy You must be able to do facial treatments, waxing – Brazilian and Hollywood hot wax 2 years team leading experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Proficient in Word and Excel Good with social media and retail sales Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace Good organisational skills – able to manage tasks Desirable:
Qualified in electrolysis What the role involves:
Leading the team, which involves training, supporting their growth and keeping them motivated Looking after clients with a wide range of treatments Operating the till, taking payments, booking new appointments Deliver excellence in service, setting an example for the team Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives Ensure smooth clinic operations Achieve sales and performance targets Assist with marketing efforts to promote services Salary/hours:
£21,840 - £24,960 plus bonus. Working full time or part time; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 3 Saturdays per month. Benefits:
Pension Uniform 20% on retail sales/£50 Bonus for achieved rebook target Further bonus after probation will be introduced if team achieve targets of up to £100 Ongoing training and support Christmas shutdown, reopening in the New Year Company events Discounts Healthy work-life balance One Saturday off per month Please apply now!
