Fitshop UK has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Retail Sales Advisor based at our Willesden Lane store. We believe it is important to provide quality support for our customers. We need our Retail Sales team to be confident, polite, and personable individuals with outstanding communication skills to provide a first-class customer journey in-store (and on the telephone when appropriate).

Responsibilities:
Ensure a first-class customer journey and in-store sales experience by being approachable and delivering friendly customer service. Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. Build an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide outstanding support to customers. Confidently manage the full customer journey to delight customers and positively impact our Trustpilot score, ensuring repeat business. Work with the store manager and assistant manager to replenish stock, manage visual merchandising, and ensure stock remains clean and well presented. Support with stock checks and changes to shop layout as directed by the retail management team. When trained, comply with cash handling requirements and cash reconciliation and banking procedures. Bring ideas and implement footfall driving activities such as demonstrations, price promotions, and other marketing activities. Maintain a safe environment on the shop floor for the team and customers. When trained, be a key holder for the store and adhere to security and safety requirements. Continuously strive for personal improvement and support team development through relevant training and preparation of manuals. Who You Will Work With:

To maintain a calm, confident, and enthusiastic manner when dealing with customers. To be able to make recommendations to customers and close sales.
