Senior HR Advisor

to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a professional organisation by providing an efficient, responsive, and high-quality HR advisory service. Key Responsibilities: As a Senior HR Advisor, you will: Provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and partners. Advise employees and managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures. Support significant annual HR processes, including the Annual Salary Review and bonus recommendations. Coordinate and document internal and external secondments and transfers as required. Lead weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners. Conduct parental leave discussions with employees and manage associated tasks. Schedule and facilitate employee retirement discussions. Conduct employee exit interviews and provide related support. Oversee the coordination and management of student schemes and training programs. Assist in managing high absence cases when necessary. Provide reporting support to the HR Relationship Manager. Key Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: A minimum of 4 year's experience in an HR Advisory role. Experience in a professional services environment (preferred). CIPD qualification (ideally fully qualified). Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-starting attitude. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Interested?
