This role is based at their Central Hub at Wymondham College or one of their schools closest to your home location. The Role

The HR Administrator's primary role is to work as an integral part of the HR Team, providing the central recruitment and HR Administration function to the Trust schools. The role includes the following: Producing accurate adverts and job descriptions for new posts; Arranging interviews; Conducting pre-employment and compliance checks to ensure all new staff meet the requirements; Assisting with induction and on-boarding processes for new staff; Working closely with payroll, audit and running reports; Setting up new starters on payroll and calculating complex pay and holiday entitlement; There is the opportunity within the role to work towards CIPD Level 5 via an apprenticeship.
