We are seeking a candidate with strong 1st and 2nd Line IT Support experience within a large business that has mature IT Service processes. Exceptional communication skills are essential. You should have experience supporting Business Applications, including ERP, CRM, and Finance systems. You must be comfortable working onsite, 4-5 days per week, just north of Leicester. Additionally, you should be able to start before the end of January. Experience supporting Microsoft technologies would be an advantage.
