Compensation Analyst Permanent Up to £70,000 Office location: Central London Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join an international Professional Services firm on a permanent basis. The role will be joining a newly formed team to drive compensation strategy and activity moving forward. The Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include: Build strong relationships with HR colleagues, providing them with compensation advice backed by robust analysis and market insight. Play a lead role in the running of annual salary and bonus review, variable and long-term incentive planning. Manage the benchmarking of roles and analysis of salary data. Support the Reward Director on executive compensation and projects. Produce gender pay gap analysis and reports. Support continuous process improvement and new system implementations. Support all pay related projects and stay up to date on compensation legislation. To be successful in the role, you will need: Strong compensation experience with a minimum of 3 annual review cycles. Excellent excel and analytical skills (Macro level would be an advantage) Experience in process change and improvement within compensation. Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
